Showers and thunderstorms return to the region.

For tonight expect chances for isolated thunderstorms in
eastern Montana and the western Dakotas. Some storms may be strong.
Chances for showers and thunderstorms are expected to spread
eastward through the overnight hours. Lows in the 50s and 60s.

Thunderstorms are in the forecast for the central and eastern
Dakotas again on Thursday along with cooler temperatures northwest.
Highs from the lower 70s in southern Saskatchewan to the 90s in
southeastern South Dakota.

Cool temperatures will spread across the region on Friday.
