SNOW...ASSOCIATED WITH THIS LOW...WAS COVERING MUCH OF CENTRAL
NORTH DAKOTA. EXPECT THIS PRECIPITATION TO MOVE INTO EASTERN
NORTH DAKOTA AND NORTHERN MINNESOTA THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT. THE SKY
WILL BE CLOUDY ACROSS THE REGION...WITH BREEZY WINDS. LOWS WILL
GENERALLY FALL INTO THE UPPER 20S TO THE LOWER 30S.

A NICE WARM UP CAN BE EXPECTED BY THE END OF THE WEEK AND INTO
