DAKOTA.

EXPECT NEAR AVERAGE TEMPERATURES ACROSS MUCH OF THE REGION ON
MONDAY. HIGHS WILL RANGE FROM THE 20S IN THE FAR NORTHEAST...TO
THE 40S IN THE FAR SOUTHWEST. CHANCES FOR SNOW WILL INCREASE
THROUGH THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING...AS AN UPPER LEVEL LOW BEGINS
MOVING SOUTHEASTWARD INTO THE REGION. THE GREATEST CHANCES FOR
SNOW WILL BE ACROSS SOUTH DAKOTA AND MINNESOTA.
