WESTERN NORTH DAKOTA. MOSTLY CLEAR CONDITIONS ELSEWHERE. CLOUDS
WILL PERSIST NEAR THE MONTANA AND NORTH DAKOTA BORDER THROUGH MID
MORNING...THEN WILL DISSIPATE. COLD TEMPERATURES OVERNIGHT WHERE
THE SKY IS CLEAR...DROPPING WELL INTO THE TEENS. UNDER
CLOUDS...TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN MAINLY IN THE 20S.

WINDY CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE WESTERN DAKOTAS AND
EASTERN MONTANA FRIDAY...WITH SOME AREAS SEEING WIND GUSTS TO NEAR
40 MPH. HIGHS WILL RANGE FROM THE 30S IN MINNESOTA AND THE
EASTERN DAKOTAS...TO THE 40S IN THE WESTERN DAKOTAS AND EASTERN
MONTANA.

BREEZY SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL CONTINUE INTO FRIDAY EVENING AS
TEMPERATURES DROP INTO THE 30S...MAKING FOR A CHILLY HALLOWEEN
NIGHT.
