...FOG WAS REDUCING VISIBILITY ACROSS PARTS OF NORTHERN AND EASTERN
NORTH DAKOTA THIS FRIDAY MORNING...

VISIBILITIES WERE LESS THAN A MILE AT MANY LOCATIONS AND THERE WERE
A FEW POCKETS WITH VISIBILITIES BELOW 1/4 MILE IN PATCHY DENSE FOG.
THE FOG WAS DEPOSITING A THIN LAYER OF ICE ON ROADS AND SIDEWALKS
FROM WILLISTON...THROUGH MINOT AND ROLLA...DOWN THE JAMES RIVER
VALLEY THROUGH JAMESTOWN.

BE EXTRA CAREFUL WALKING OR DRIVING THIS MORNING...ESPECIALLY IF
DRIVING NEAR SCHOOLS...CROSSWALKS...AND STOPPED BUSES.
