FROM EASTERN PORTIONS OF CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA EARLY THIS MONDAY
MORNING...

THE AREA OF PRECIPITATION IN NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA WAS MAINLY
IN THE FORM OF SNOW LATE SUNDAY EVENING...AND THIS AREA HAD
DECREASED IN AREAL COVERAGE AND INTENSITY OVER THE PAST FEW HOURS.
THE LIGHT SNOW OVER BOTTINEAU AND THE TURTLE MOUNTAINS TO NEAR
RUGBY SHOULD BE SCATTERED IN NATURE AND END EARLY THIS MORNING.

FARTHER SOUTH IN THE JAMES RIVER VALLEY...PRECIPITATION HAD NEARLY
ENDED SOUTH OF JAMESTOWN...AND LITTLE TO NO ADDITIONAL
PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED EARLY THIS MORNING.

ROADS ARE LIKELY STILL ICY OR SNOW COVERED FROM BOTTINEAU...ROLLA...
RUGBY...HARVEY...CARRINGTON...JAMESTOWN...EDGELEY...AND ELLENDALE.

SLIPPERY ROADS AND WALKING SURFACES MAY STILL BE ICY WHERE
RAIN OR FREEZING RAIN FELL LATE SUNDAY INTO THIS MORNING.
TRAVELERS SHOULD BE VERY CAUTIOUS AND BE AWARE OF THE POTENTIAL
ICY CONDITIONS.
