...FREEZING RAIN NORTH CENTRAL...

AT 845 PM CST A NARROW BAND OF FREEZING RAIN WAS MOVING THROUGH
MINOT AND KENMARE AND WILL MOVE TOWARD GLENBURN...VELVA AND MOHALL
AFTER 9 PM. THE AREA WILL REACH WESTHOPE AND RUGBY BY 10 PM
CST...POSSIBLY MIXING WITH AND CHANGING TO SNOW BY THEN. SURFACE
REPORTS HAVE SHOWN THE FREEZING RAIN TO LAST ABOUT AN HOUR.

THE PRECIPITATION HAS BEEN LIGHT...BUT A BRIEF PERIOD OF FREEZING
RAIN WILL CAUSE SLIPPERY ROADS. HIGHWAYS 83 AND 2 WILL BECOME
SLIPPERY THIS EVENING. THE PRECIPITATION SHOULD MOVE THOUGH THE
ENTIRE AREA BY MIDIGHT CST.
