...LIGHT SNOW EXPECTED ACROSS NORTHERN NORTH DAKOTA...

Light snow is expected to develop this afternoon across northwestern
and north central North Dakota, continuing tonight before tapering
off Thursday morning. Total snowfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are
expected along and north of US Highway 2, with lesser amounts
expected farther south. Brisk north winds tonight may create
areas of blowing and drifting snow. Those traveling this afternoon
and tonight across northern North Dakota should plan for snow
covered roads and reduced visibility. Allow plenty of time for
travel and check the latest road conditions and forecast updates
before setting out.
