AT 855 PM CDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS 5 MILES NORTHWEST OF
BELCOURT...OR 10 MILES WEST OF ROLLA...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL AND FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS
OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. LOCALIZED FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE IN
LOW LYING AREAS. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS.

WINDS TO 40 MPH AND HALF INCH HAIL ARE ALSO POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.
