...THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING OVER NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA
THROUGH THE NORTHERN JAMES RIVER VALLEY...

AT MIDNIGHT CDT...THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING FROM WESTHOPE AND
DEERING TO MCCLUSKY AND WERE TRACKING NORTH AT 30 MPH. THIS AREA IS
IN A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH UNTIL 3 AM CDT. STORMS ARE EXPECTED
TO INCREASE IN COVERAGE AND INTENSITY.

HALF INCH HAIL AND WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH
THE STORMS THROUGH 1 AM.
