NORTHEASTERN SIOUX...NORTHWESTERN EMMONS AND EASTERN MORTON COUNTIES
UNTIL NOON CDT...

AT 1114 AM CDT...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE
EXTENDING FROM 4 MILES NORTHEAST OF FLASHER TO NEAR CANNON BALL.
MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

HALF INCH HAIL AND WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THESE
STORMS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
SOUTHERN BISMARCK...MANDAN...LINCOLN...FLASHER...CANNON BALL...
ST. ANTHONY......FORT ABRAHAM LINCOLN STATE PARK...
HAZELTON RECREATION AREA...HUFF AND UNIVERSITY OF MARY.

FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS.
LIGHTNING CAN STRIKE 10 MILES AWAY FROM A THUNDERSTORM. SEEK SHELTER
INSIDE A BUILDING OR VEHICLE.

ANYONE OUTDOORS SHOULD MOVE TO A STURDY SHELTER UNTIL THESE STORMS
PASS.
