...FROST ON ROADS AND SIDEWALKS WILL RESULT IN SLIPPERY CONDITIONS
FRIDAY MORNING...

THE COMBINATION OF HIGH RELATIVE HUMIDITY NEAR THE GROUND AND
TEMPERATURES BELOW FREEZING...HAS RESULTED IN FROST TO FORM ON
ROADWAYS AND SIDEWALKS. THIS WILL MAKE FOR SLIPPERY DRIVING AND
WALKING CONDITIONS DURING THE MORNING COMMUTE. MOTORISTS AND
PEDESTRIANS ARE URGED TO USE CAUTION...AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME
IN REACHING YOUR DESTINATION.

IN ADDITION...AREAS OF FOG WILL CONTINUE TO BE MOST PREVALENT
ACROSS THE JAMES RIVER VALLEY FRIDAY MORNING. VISIBILITIES WILL
RANGE BETWEEN ONE AND FOUR MILES IN PLACES LIKE OAKES...JAMESTOWN...
CARRINGTON...AND HARVEY. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS...AND
