NORTHERN JAMES RIVER VALLEY AT 100 AM CDT...

AT 100 AM CDT...SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED FROM
BOTTINEAU...THROUGH RUGBY...TO FESSENDEN. MOVEMENT WAS NORTH AT 30
MPH.

THE STRONGER STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS UP TO 50
MPH AND PEA SIZE HAIL...ALONG WITH BRIEF HEAVY RAIN.

PLACES THAT COULD GET A STORM BETWEEN NOW AND 200 AM INCLUDE THE
INTERNATIONAL PEACE GARDEN...ROLETTE...SILVA...BREMEN...AND
CARRINGTON.
