...SOME ACCUMULATING SNOW SOUTHWEST TODAY AND TONIGHT...

A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL BRING A MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW TO
SOUTHWEST NORTH DAKOTA TODAY AND TONIGHT. TRAVEL MAY BE HAZARDOUS
AT TIMES THIS MORNING DUE TO LOW VISIBILITIES IN SNOW AND
FOG...AND SLIPPERY SLUSHY ROADS IN UP TO 3 INCHES OF WET SNOW.
SNOW IS EXPECTED TO MIX WITH OR CHANGE TO RAIN THIS
AFTERNOON...WITH LITTLE ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATION. ANOTHER INCH OF
SNOW IS POSSIBLE TONIGHT AND ROADS MAY BECOME SLIPPERY AGAIN AS
TEMPERATURES DROP BELOW FREEZING.
