...GUSTY WINDS MOVING INTO THE NORTHWEST...

AT 235 AM CDT...GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS FROM THUNDERSTORMS STILL IN
MONTANA HAS MOVED INTO NORTHWEST NORTH DAKOTA. WHILE THE ORIGINAL
THUNDERSTORMS ARE WEAKENING A BIT...THE OUTFLOW WINDS HAVE MOVED
AHEAD AND INTO WESTERN NORTH DAKOTA RESULTING IN A PERIOD OF UP TO
40 MPH WIND GUSTS. PLACES LIKE CROSBY...WILLISTON...WATFORD
CITY...TIOGA AND BEACH COULD SEE A HALF AN HOUR OR SO OF GUSTY
WINDS AS HIGH AS 40 MPH WITH LITTLE TO NO RAIN. THIS COULD BE
FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER ROUND OF GUSTY WINDS AT THE THUNDERSTORMS MOVE
INTO THE STATE AFTER 3 AM CDT.
