AT 509 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A STRONG THUNDERSTORM 7
MILES NORTHWEST OF CARRINGTON...MOVING NORTH AT 20 MPH.

HALF INCH HAIL AND WIND GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS
STORM.

THIS STORM WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF NORTHWESTERN
FOSTER COUNTY...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...BARLOW. ANOTHER
STRONG STORM WAS WEST OF CARRINGTON ALONG THE BORDER OF WELLS
COUNTY...MOVING NORTH AT 20 MPH. AREAS WEST AND NORTHWEST OF
CARRINGTON WILL BE AFFECTED...INCLUDING BARLOW.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

VERY HEAVY RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM...AND MAY LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED
