WITH SNOW INTO THE AFTERNOON...

SNOW BEGAN IN WESTERN NORTH DAKOTA MONDAY EVENING...AND WAS
SPREADING INTO CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA EARLY THIS MORNING SOUTH OF
US HIGHWAY 2. PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL ALSO CONTINUE ALONG AND
EAST OF HIGHWAY 83 THIS MORNING.

TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE EXPECTED THROUGH
THIS AFTERNOON FROM LAKE SAKAKAWEA THROUGH SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH
DAKOTA AND THE SOUTHERN JAMES RIVER VALLEY. ROADS ARE LIKELY
SLIPPERY OR WILL BECOME SLIPPERY FROM SNOWFALL OR FREEZING
DRIZZLE. TRAVELERS ARE URGED TO USE EXTRA CAUTION AND AVOID USING
CRUISE CONTROL.
