...FREEZING RAIN NORTH CENTRAL...

AT 1135 PM CST A NARROW BAND OF FREEZING RAIN WAS MOVING THROUGH
THE TURTLE MOUNTAINS AREA AND BOTTINEAU...TO RUGBY AND NEAR
HARVEY. THIS AREA OF LIGHT PRECIPITATION WILL CONTINUE MOVING
EAST...POSSIBLY MIXING WITH AND CHANGING TO SNOW.

THE PRECIPITATION HAS BEEN LIGHT...BUT A BRIEF PERIOD OF FREEZING
RAIN WILL CAUSE SLIPPERY ROADS. HIGHWAY 2 AND OTHER ROADS IN THE
AREA WILL LIKELY BE SLIPPERY EARLY THIS SUNDAY MORNING. THE
PRECIPITATION SHOULD MOVE THOUGH THE ENTIRE AREA BY 2 AM CST.
