INTO TUESDAY WILL IMPACT EARLY CHRISTMAS TRAVEL...

PRECIPITATION IS FORECAST TO ENTER SOUTHWESTERN NORTH DAKOTA
EARLY THIS AFTERNOON AS RAIN...CHANGING OVER TO SNOW THIS EVENING.
AS PRECIPITATION MOVES INTO CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST NORTH DAKOTA
THIS EVENING...A BRIEF PERIOD OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET IS
POSSIBLE BEFORE CHANGING TO LIGHT SNOW. AN INCH OR TWO OF SNOW IS
POSSIBLE WEST TONIGHT...WITH MINIMAL AMOUNTS CENTRAL. FOR
MONDAY...SNOW WILL CONTINUE ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA. THE GREATEST
AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE ACROSS THE SOUTHWEST...AND THE JAMES
RIVER VALLEY. SNOW WILL DECREASE FROM WEST TO EAST THROUGH THE DAY
ON TUESDAY. THOSE WITH EARLY CHRISTMAS TRAVEL PLANS SHOULD ALLOW
EXTRA TIME TO REACH THEIR DESTINATIONS. MUCH OF THE REGION OUTSIDE
OF NORTH DAKOTA WILL ALSO BE IMPACTED BY THIS STORM SYSTEM
