PATCHY FOG WILL REMAIN OVER CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN NORTH DAKOTA
THROUGH EARLY THIS MORNING...WITH VISIBILITIES RAPIDLY DIMINISHING
TO UNDER ONE-HALF MILE AT TIMES. THIS WILL AFFECT TRAVELERS ALONG
INTERSTATE 94 BETWEEN JAMESTOWN AND BEACH WHICH INCLUDES THE
BISMARCK AND DICKINSON AREAS. THE FOG SHOULD CLEAR BY MID-MORNING.
