AND WAS NEARLY STATIONARY. RADAR ESTIMATES AROUND 1.25 INCHES OF
RAIN HAS FALLEN IN AROUND 30 MINUTES IN THE CITY OF CARRINGTON.
MINOR FLOODING OF STREETS AND LOW LYING AREAS IS EXPECTED WITH THIS
STORM. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS.
