...NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY IN DUNN AND STARK COUNTIES...

AT 530 AM MST LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY ALONG
HIGHWAY 22 BETWEEN MANNING AND DICKINSON DUE TO SNOW AND BLOWING
SNOW. THE LOW VISIBILITIES WERE ASSOCIATED WITH AN AREA OF SNOW
MOVING THROUGH AND STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS. THE WORST VISIBILITIES
SHOULD LAST FOR AN HOUR OR TWO UNTIL THE SNOW MOVES THROUGH.
