NORTHEAST WINDS OF 25 MPH WILL OCCASIONALLY GUST TO NEAR 50 MPH
ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL THROUGH EAST CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA. FOR A FEW
HOURS THIS EVENING...PLACES LIKE RUGBY...HARVEY AND ROLLA WILL
SEE THE GUSTY WINDS. THE WINDS ARE RELATED TO THE DEEP LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER THE REGION THIS SUNDAY EVENING. AS THE LOW
TRACKS EAST THE WINDS WILL DIMINISH OVERNIGHT.
