RAIN WILL DEVELOP ACROSS WESTERN NORTH DAKOTA LATE TONIGHT...PUSHING
INTO CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA EARLY TUESDAY MORNING. SOME OF THE
PRECIPITATION MAY BE FREEZING RAIN ALONG AND NORTH OF HIGHWAY 2
OVER WESTERN NORTH DAKOTA...AND ALONG AND NORTH OF HIGHWAY 52 OVER
CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA. ON TUESDAY...A MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW WILL
DEVELOP ACROSS MUCH OF NORTHERN NORTH DAKOTA...WITH MAINLY SNOW
TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY. SNOW AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 4 INCHES ARE
FORECAST ALONG AND NORTH OF HIGHWAY 2....WITH THE HIGHER AMOUNTS
TOWARDS THE INTERNATIONAL BORDER.
