...BLOWING SNOW AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY
AFTERNOON...

.AN ARCTIC FRONT WILL SWEEP ACROSS NORTH DAKOTA TONIGHT. STRONG
NORTHWESTERLY WINDS AROUND 30 MPH...WITH 45 MPH GUSTS...WILL
DEVELOP AFTER MIDNIGHT...AND CONTINUE THROUGH TUESDAY. ADDITIONAL
SNOW AMOUNTS UP TO ONE INCH ARE EXPECTED.

THE COMBINATION OF THE STRONG WINDS AND NEW SNOW WILL LEAD TO
AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW. REDUCED VISIBILITY TO ONE-HALF MILE OR
LESS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS SOUTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA AFTER
MIDNIGHT TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY.

  MPH. DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
