AND CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT. A STRONGER SURGE
OF ARCTIC AIR WILL ARRIVE THURSDAY THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING...WITH
DANGEROUS TO LIFE THREATENING WIND CHILLS CONTINUING.

DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS TO NEAR 40 BELOW ZERO WILL RESULT IN FROST
BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. IF YOU
