.SNOW WILL CONTINUE INTO TUESDAY AFTERNOON...ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE
JAMES RIVER VALLEY. ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS UP TO 2 INCHES
ARE FORECAST FROM JAMESTOWN TO ELLENDALE...NAPOLEON AND
WISHEK...AND LINTON AND FORT YATES. SNOW FALLING ON TOP OF THE
EARLIER RAIN WILL MAKE FOR HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS.

THOSE PLANNING TRAVEL TODAY ACROSS NORTH DAKOTA SHOULD BE
PREPARED FOR WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS. EXPECT REDUCED

  WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE BY AFTERNOON.

* MAIN IMPACT...UP TO TWO INCHES OF ADDITIONAL SNOW WITH REDUCED
  VISIBILITIES IN FALLING AND BLOWING SNOW ON TOP OF ICY ROADS.

* OTHER IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED AND ICY ROADS RESULTING IN POOR
  TRAVEL CONDITIONS.
