...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW ACROSS PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND NORTHERN
NORTH DAKOTA MONDAY AND TUESDAY...

.HEAVY SNOW...BETWEEN 6 AND 10 INCHES...WILL ACCUMULATE OVER
MANY PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA INTO THE UPPER JAMES
RIVER VALLEY TUESDAY AFTERNOON. THIS INCLUDES THE
CARRINGTON...HARVEY...RUGBY...TOWNER...BOTTINEAU...AND ROLLA
AREAS. A WINTER STORM WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR THESE LOCATIONS.

BETWEEN 2 AND 5 INCHES OF SNOW WILL ACCUMULATE OVER PORTIONS OF
NORTHWEST INTO SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA INCLUDING PORTIONS OF
THE MIDDLE AND LOWER JAMES RIVER VALLEY. THIS INCLUDES THE
JAMESTOWN...LINTON...WISHEK...BISMARCK...GARRISON...MINOT AND
CROSBY AREAS. A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR THESE
LOCATIONS.

IN ADDITION TO THE SNOW...STRONG WINDS GUSTING TO AROUND 45 MPH
WILL CAUSE REDUCED VISIBILITIES IN BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.
ALSO...COLD TEMPERATURES WILL COMBINE WITH THE WINDS TO CREATE
WIND CHILLS TO 20 BELOW ZERO.
