TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT NORTHWEST AND NORTH CENTRAL...

.A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR NORTHWEST AND NORTH
CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA THIS MORNING THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT.

FREEZING RAIN WAS FALLING ACROSS NORTHWESTERN NORTH DAKOTA EARLY
TUESDAY MORNING...AND WILL DEVELOP INTO PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL
NORTH DAKOTA AFTER SUNRISE. DANGEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS WILL
EXIST AS ROADS BECOME ICY...ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE NORTHWEST CORNER
OF THE STATE. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO SLOW DOWN AND ALLOW EXTRA
TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION.

AS COLDER AIR MOVES INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS LATER THIS
MORNING...A MIX OF RAIN AND FREEZING RAIN WILL TURN TO ALL SNOW.
PERIODS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW ARE EXPECTED TODAY AND TONIGHT.
THREE TO FIVE INCHES OF SNOW THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT IS FORECAST
