* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 6 and
  12 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of western North Dakota.

* WHEN...From Saturday evening through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult Saturday night through Monday.
  Areas of  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
