AFTERNOON...

.STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS AROUND 30 MPH...WITH GUSTS UP TO 45
MPH...WILL DEVELOP AFTER MIDNIGHT...AND CONTINUE THROUGH
TUESDAY. SNOW ACCUMULATION UP TO ONE INCH IS EXPECTED.

THE COMBINATION OF THE STRONG WINDS AND NEW SNOW WILL LEAD TO
AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW. REDUCED VISIBILITY TO ONE-HALF MILE OR
LESS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS SOUTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA THROUGH
TUESDAY.
