URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND DRIFTING SNOW THIS EVENING
CENTRAL AND THROUGH THE JAMES RIVER VALLEY TONIGHT...

.A CLIPPER SYSTEM MOVING ACROSS THE REGION WILL BRING ACCUMULATING
SNOW TONIGHT CENTRAL AND EAST. GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP
IN THE CENTRAL SECTIONS AND CAUSE SOME BLOWING SNOW THIS EVENING.
THE WINDS WILL CREATE DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS WITH DRIFTING
SNOW ON TOP OF ICY ROADS. THE SNOW WILL TAPER OFF CENTRAL SECTIONS
AFTER 9 PM BUT WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE NIGHT ACROSS THE JAMES
RIVER VALLEY.

THE SNOW HAS TAPERED OFF WEST AND THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY HAS
BEEN CANELLED THERE.

TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES ARE EXPECTED FROM
SAWYER TO BOTTINEAU AND MINOT...TO GARRISON AND HARVEY...AND
JAMESTOWN. TWO TO THREE INCHES OF SNOW WILL FALL FROM BISMARCK TO
LINTON.

CONDITIONS SHOULD IMPROVE IN CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA DURING THE
EVENING HOURS...BUT CONTINUE SNOWING THROUGH THE JAMES RIVER
VALLEY THROUGH THE NIGHT.

PEOPLE PLANNING TRAVEL TODAY AND TONIGHT ACROSS WESTERN AND
CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA SHOULD ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR
