.A VERY COLD AIRMASS WILL CONTINUE TO SETTLE OVER THE REGION
TONIGHT INTO EARLY FRIDAY...BRINGING THE COLDEST TEMPERATURES OF
THE SEASON SO FAR. THE COLDEST LOCATIONS WILL BE OVER SOUTHWEST
NORTH DAKOTA WHERE WIND CHILL VALUES OF 20 TO 30 BELOW ZERO ARE
EXPECTED . SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL BE AFFECTED BY THESE COLD
WIND CHILLS INCLUDE BEACH...DICKINSON...BOWMAN...HETTINGER...
AMIDON AND MOTT. THOSE WITH PLANNED OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES SHOULD
TAKE PRECAUTIONS AND DRESS APPROPRIATELY TO PREVENT FROSTBITE AND
