WESTERN AND CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING. WINDS
WILL INCREASE AS AN ARCTIC SURGE OVERTAKES THE AREA. SIGNIFICANT
BLOWING SNOW IS EXPECTED WITH NORTHWEST WIND GUSTS TO 45 MPH. NEAR
BLIZZARD CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE IN OPEN COUNTRY...ESPECIALLY
ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA.
