DAKOTA WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING...

.DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS IN THE 30S BELOW ZERO ARE EXPECTED ACROSS
ALL OF WESTERN AND CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY
MORNING. FROST BITE TO EXPOSED SKIN IN AS LITTLE AS 30 MINUTES IS
POSSIBLE. THOSE TRAVELING SHOULD CARRY CLOTHES APPROPRIATE FOR
TEMPERATURES OUTSIDE THE VEHICLE SHOULD YOU BECOME STRANDED.

OUTDOORS...MAKE SURE TO COVER ALL EXPOSED SKIN AND DRESS IN
