.THE COMBINATION OF COLD AIR AND NORTHWEST WINDS WILL LEAD TO
MINIMUM WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES RANGING FROM AROUND 25 BELOW ZERO
SOUTHWEST...TO AROUND 40 BELOW ZERO NEAR THE TURTLE MOUNTAIN
REGION BY SUNRISE WEDNESDAY.

EXTENDED EXPOSURE TO SKIN IN THESE CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN
FROST BITE...AND COULD LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT
