.RAIN DEVELOPING INTO WESTERN NORTH DAKOTA WILL CHANGE OVER TO ALL
SNOW TONIGHT...AND WILL CONTINUE TO FALL MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT.
ACCUMULATIONS UP TO AROUND 4 INCHES ARE EXPECTED ACROSS
SOUTHWESTERN NORTH DAKOTA THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT. IN ADDITION TO THE
SNOW...NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE UP TO 25 MILES PER
HOUR...CREATING AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW LATE TONIGHT INTO MONDAY.

THOSE PLANNING TRAVEL TONIGHT THROUGH MONDAY ACROSS WESTERN NORTH
DAKOTA SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS. REDUCED
