CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH TONIGHT...

.STRONG NORTHWESTERLY WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH COMBINED WITH SNOW
ALREADY ON THE GROUND WILL CAUSE SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED VISIBILITY
IN BLOWING SNOW TODAY ACROSS SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH
DAKOTA. HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE LIKELY. THE WORST
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE SOUTHWEST...IN PLACES LIKE
GOLVA THROUGH AMIDON...BOWMAN TO HETTINGER. THIS IS WHERE WINDS
