...Cooler, with continued snow chances for the mountains and
foothills today into early Thursday morning...

...Gusty northwest winds across the district today and eastern
areas Thursday...

Snow will continue today, especially along the foothills and
mountains. Light rain/snow showers are also possible over the rest
of the area this afternoon (15-20%), but chances for wetting rain
remain low outside of the mountains and foothills. High
temperatures will be cooler in the 30s to 40s with minimum RHs in
the 30 to mid 50 percent range today. Gusty northwest winds will
continue across the area as well today, and over eastern areas
Thursday. While temperatures will remain 10 to 15 degrees below
normal Thursday, minimum RHs will drop into the mid to low 20s
around and east of Billings. Otherwise, cooler conditions with
periods of mountain snow will prevail into the weekend. Arends
