...HIGH WIND WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY EVENING THROUGH LATE SUNDAY
NIGHT...

* WHAT...North winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible.

* WHERE...In Nebraska, Cheyenne County and Kimball County. In
  Wyoming, Central Laramie County, East Laramie County, and South
  Laramie Range Foothills.

* WHEN...From Sunday evening through early Monday Morning.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be
  hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including
  campers and tractor trailers. In addition, areas of blowing snow
  could lead to reduced visibility, even whiteout conditions, and
  slick roads.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A High Wind Watch means there is the potential for a hazardous high
wind event. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 MPH or gusts of 58
MPH or stronger may occur. Continue to monitor the latest forecasts.
