...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM CDT /9 AM MDT/
THIS MORNING TO 7 PM CDT /6 PM MDT/ THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Finney, Hamilton, Kearny, Morton, Stanton, Lane, and Scott
  Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM CDT /9 AM MDT/ this morning to 7 PM CDT /6 PM
  MDT/ this evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
  Isolated power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles. Areas of blowing dust are
  expected to reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and
avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution
if you must drive.
