...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN SCOTT AND NORTHERN
LANE COUNTIES THROUGH 115 AM CDT...

At 1213 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Scott State Lake, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Healy around 1230 AM CDT.

Other locations in the path of this storm include Shields and
Pendennis.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 600 AM CDT for
west central Kansas.
