.DISCUSSION...A Red Flag Warning is currently in effect until 8pm
tonight. After 8pm, dew points increasing along with decreasing
temperatures overnight will bring RH values up above criteria.
Precipitation tomorrow provides moisture to any fuel, with southwest
winds strengthen and turn gustier. Drier and cooler weather returns
Wednesday and Thursday.
