...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity and
increased in duration for the following rivers in Illinois...

  La Moine River at Colmar affecting McDonough and Hancock Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The next statement will be issued by Monday morning at 945 AM CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY THURSDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...La Moine River at Colmar.

* WHEN...Until early Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Water affects a few houses near the
  McDonough and Schuyler county line.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 21.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 AM CDT Sunday was 21.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.9
    feet early Tuesday morning. It will then fall below flood
    stage early Thursday morning.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
