...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northeastern
Delaware and northwestern Dubuque Counties through 615 PM CDT...

At 529 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Colesburg, or 13 miles northeast of Manchester, moving northeast at
25 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could cause minor tree limb damage and blow
         around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects
         is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Colesburg, Holy Cross, Greeley, Luxemburg, Balltown, Waupeton, Twin
Bridges Park, Finley`s Landing Park, and Petersburg.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
