At 231 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated the heaviest rain has ended, however light to moderate rain will continue to fall for the next several hours. IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low lying areas.
