.DISCUSSION...

An increase shower and thunderstorm activity and their associated
outflow boundaries may at times bring gusty and erratic winds
south of I-94 this afternoon, diminishing as the sun sets. Friday, winds
gusting as high as 30 mph with humidity as low as 20 percent increases
fire risk for locations closest to the North Dakota Border, thus
prompting a Fire Weather Watch from noon through 6 PM.
