Partly sunny skies likely this afternoon, though some uncertainty
exists in the extent of cloud cover given the burn site will be on
the edge of cumulus development, and clouds upstream possibly having
greater coverage than expected. Winds will be from the west today at
13-17 mph gusting to around 20 mph. If sun is greater than expected
RHs may fall into the upper 30s. Precipitation is not expected.
