...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northeastern Monroe,
southwestern Decatur, Brown, Bartholomew and northwestern Jennings
Counties through MIDNIGHT EDT
...

At 1109 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles west of Nashville, or 8 miles east of Bloomington, moving east
at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Columbus, Nashville, Hope, Elizabethtown, Hartsville, Clifford,
Newbern, Helmsburg, Lake Lemon, Gnaw Bone, Grammer, Yellowwood Lake,
Azalia, Woodville Hills, Stone Head, Unionville, Story, and
Taylorsville.

This includes Interstate 65 between mile markers 59 and 76.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until midnight EDT for central and
south central Indiana. A Tornado Watch also remains in effect until
100 AM EDT for central and southeastern Indiana.
