SEPTEMBER 2015 WAS WARMER AND WETTER THAN NORMAL. THE AVERAGE
MONTHLY TEMPERATURE WAS 60.8 DEGREES WHICH WAS 4.1 DEGREES ABOVE THE
NORMAL 56.7 DEGREES. THERE WAS ONE RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURE SET FOR
WILLISTON...WHICH WAS A STEAMY 100 DEGREES ON THE AFTERNOON OF THE
2ND...BREAKING THE OLD RECORD OF 99 SET ON THAT DATE IN 1901.

SEPTEMBER WAS ALSO A RELATIVELY WET MONTH. THE MONTHLY TOTAL
PRECIPITATION MEASURED 2.22 INCHES....1.16 INCHES ABOVE THE NORMAL
1.59 INCHES. A RECORD RAINFALL TOTAL OF 1.78 INCHES WAS SET ON THE
5TH...BREAKING THE OLD RECORD OF 1.24 INCHES SET ON THAT DATE IN
1971.
