The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  North central Rapides Parish in central Louisiana...

* Until 200 AM CDT.

* At 136 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Boyce, moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Alexandria, Pineville, Alexandria International Airport, and
  Timber Trails around 140 AM CDT.
  Ball, Kingsville, and Tioga around 145 AM CDT.
  Paradise around 150 AM CDT.

This includes Interstate 49 between mile markers 80 and 99.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile
home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and
