.DISCUSSION...Winds will be shifting from a more east-southeast
component this morning to a southerly component by this afternoon.
Winds speeds will also increase to 10 to 15 mph.  Minimum RH
values will drop to between 35 and 40 percent this afternoon.
Tonight, winds will quickly drop to near zero and turn far more
variable as a weak inversion develops.  Fog probabilities are low
at around 10 percent for the burn site, but a few patches of fog near
low lying spots like creeks and ponds could develop.  Fog is most
likely to form right around sunrise between 6 AM and 8 AM.  Tomorrow
will see winds shift from light and variable in the morning to
southerly near 10 mph by the afternoon.  Minimum RH values will be
slightly higher at 40 to 45 percent.
