...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1245 AM CDT SUNDAY
FOR SOUTHEASTERN HOWARD, NORTHERN MITCHELL AND SOUTHEASTERN SCURRY
COUNTIES...

At 1106 PM CDT, The rainfall has moved out of the warned areas but
between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Any ongoing flash
flooding should gradually subside over the next hour.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Big Spring, Colorado City, Coahoma, Loraine, Forsan, Lake Colorado
  City, Lake Colorado City State Park, Colorado City Airport,
  Inadale, Sand Springs, Westbrook, Cuthbert, Buford, Dunn,
  Hermleigh and Big Spring Country Club.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
